Want to know how I turned my digital capture into a retro style photo edit? Well, I have a secret. Usually I edit all of my own photos manually or with my own presets that I’ve spend months on.
I wanted to do a fun retro style edit for this monochromatic look with chic wish. I loved the old Florida vibes these photos gave needed the extra touch with the editing. After spending around an hour editing and still not getting the desired effect… I went to Etsy. I splurged and spent a whole $10 on over 40 different film style edits. You can purchase the exact presets here.
This was one of the best and least stressful purchases. Downloading was so easy, and after a few of my own minor tweaks, I am SO happy with how the photos came out.
My entire outfit (minus the accessories) is from Chic Wish. These pants are going to be on repeat all summer. They are super lightweight and surprisingly don’t wrinkle very easily.
My purse is last season from Top Shop, but I’ve linked some similar styles that I could find below. Earrings are from one of my favorite small businesses St. Armand’s Designs. I love the quality of their earrings, and they are so light weight so that they don’t bother your ears at all!
Photos were taken in Palm Beach around 430 pm. It was on a random side street, so if you’re looking for the exact location shoot me a message on Instagram, I’m happy to share!
