Its official, I’m bringing back ruffle socks. We were going through old photos of me as a kid and a running theme in all of them was ruffle socks. I was cracking up about how cute they looked, and I wondered if there was some kind of adult way to style them. I headed online and believe it or not a ton of brands are carrying them right now free people, h&m, anthro, etc. I decided to go the low budget route and order a pack of 4 from amazon. I can confidently say I have worn every single pair multiple times.
I could never describe myself as a minimalist. I love details and anything “extra” the little ruffle peeking out of my high tops sparked a ton of joy and not having to deal with the socks sliding into my shoes was an added bonus.
I styled them with my white gola high tops which I would highly recommend buying if you are looking for a pair of affordable white sneakers that go with everything. I’ve also worn them with my regular sneakers and my dr. martens. The length on these is perfect just to peek over the top.
