I really didn’t know how much I needed corduroy pants in my life until I bought this pair of brown corduroy pants at old navy on a whim last weekend.
As you all know, I always coordinate my outfits for my trips/ photo spots. I had originally planned to wear this exact outfit below but with jeans, but something about it just felt so meh to me.
I actually went into Old Navy super last minute to look for olive green pants (which I did find and you can shop here), and stumbled upon these gorgeous brown corduroy pants. They are mid rise, which I know is not for everyone so I found a very similar and affordable high rise pair here.
I loved styling these with this over sized chunky knit sweater form H&M. I’m wearing a size small in the sweater and the quality is much better than anticipated.
My loafers were also a super recent find from Sam Edelman. I love Sam Edelman loafers. They are so comfortable, and come in super fun prints. This pair was no exception. I found these on a recent trip to DSW for only $60. They definitely fit true to size.
My headband was a gift from my lovely friend Emily, and is from J.Crew. It is on MAJOR sale right now, and is the cutest fall/early holiday print. Lately, I’ve been braver in mixing and matching prints, and I actually loved how this one looked with the contrast of the patterned loafers.
Photos were taken infront of the Head Light Lighthouse in Portland Maine around sunset. The view here was absolutely unreal. Fair warning, if you have a fear of heights definitely stay along the guard rail and off the rocks.
I have to say I think these may be some of my favorite photos I’ve ever captured, and the brown corduroy pants really pulled the entire outfit together.
