Anyone else trying to keep super busy to distract themselves from being stuck at home? No? Just me? Well if you’re like me and typically lead a pretty active lifestyle you’re probably looking for some awesome guided at home workouts.
My go to workouts are barre and pilates. I LOVE working my core and hate working my legs. I’m using this time to try my hand at a few new things especially yoga! My form is far from anything impressive but its fun to challenge myself and step a bit out of my comfort zone. I asked everyone on insta to share their favorite at home workouts and promised to share the responses! Here they are:

Melissa Wood Health: This is a new favorite for me. I tried the 20 minute powerflow and its perfect. I always claim i don’t have an hour to workout and this is quick easy (definitely not painless) She has a few free videos if you’re not looking to buy a membership!
Peleton App: Extended free trial for 90 Days! A lot of my friends are doing this one and they love it!
