A weekend trip means a LOT of walking. And as a blogger, I of course want to look fashionable as I walk practically a half marathon in one day. Finding the balance of comfort and style has always been a struggle for me. For every photo of cute shoes you see there is almost always an unseen bandaid or 3.
Spring of last year I bought a pair of white bow flats on clearance at Macy’s for about $20. I didn’t think much of it other than these would be a good go to for photos and light for packing. Well, turns out, these are the most comfortable flats I have ever owned. (Trust me I’ve tried PLENTY). Naturally I immediately bought the another pair, in cream with the black cap toe which are pictured all over my feed. This season Alfani released the tan ballet flat and I had to have them! The best part? the price point. Even full price they are only about $50.
The ballet flats are from Alfani, sold at Macy’s and the ones pictured below are embellished with the most adorable bow. I for sure thought after a few wears they would start to show signs of break down but I was absolutely wrong. I have worn these shoes for miles, in rain, and even on cobblestone and besides a few dark spots on the inside there is not a scratch on the outside!
I cannot recommend these shoes enough. This is absolute not a sponsored post (sadly). The shoes run true to size and I also linked my entire outfit details below!
