Exactly 3 years ago today I picked up my sweet Bendel girl for the first time. We got in the car and 5 minutes later she threw up all over me…. love at first sight right?
I’m not quite sure how I feel about it being 3 years since I picked my patriotic pup up. I sometimes feel like I just picked her up yesterday, but also feel like she’s been in my life forever. I had to fight so hard to get her and it was not always easy – it still isn’t!
Bendel is truly my once in a Lifetime dog. I got my first apartment with her, Graduated with her, got my first real job with her, went through a really hard breakup with her, and we’ve only been together 3 years. I cant wait to see what the next 10 gotcha days hold and I can’t imagine my life without her by my side.
