I’m almost 2 months behind, but better late than never right? Here goes my March and April “monthly” recap:
What I’m watching :
Game of thrones of course! Epic countdown to the FINAL episode. If you haven’t watched yet, honestly what are u waiting for? If you have watched, would LOVE to hear your predictions and thoughts!
What I’m reading:
A Court of Thorns and Roses. I finished these books last year but I’m re reading them currently. These books are what re-sparked my love for reading and are a huge recommend to anyone hesitant to get back into it! Also my go to recommendation for anyone who has this strange idea that reading is boring.
On my radar:
Quip toothbrushes. I got this as a gift for Christmas and I instantly loved it. I wanted to wait and see how long it held up and if it’s worth the money. It absolutely is. If you have no idea what the heck I’m talking about, Quip is an electronic toothbrush subscription that’s not only portable, but also adorable. Every 3 months you receive a new toothbrush head and battery for only $5! The first refill is free if you purchase at Target. The battery in my toothbrush lasted over 3 months and it is well worth the investment!
Irrational purchase:
Do you ever see something, fall in love, and then check the price? This happens to me on the daily! A rule I try to hold myself too is the one month rule. If a month later I’m still obsessing over a product, haven’t been able to find a more affordable dupe, and the finances allow, I typically will but it. This was the case with my newest work notebook. I am all about organization, and my job requires lots of to do lists and tons of follow ups. I found this adorable Lilly Pulitzer notebook with the PERFECT layout. It has multiple sections including: to do, appointments, top priorities, and calls and emails. The best part? The notebook is not dated! This means you don’t have to waste a page because you didn’t work that day or because your to do list was too short!
Favorite iPhone photo:
I’m going to share 2 photos since I’m extremely behind on these monthly recaps. My first is of me and my girl on the boat. This was completely unplanned, my hair is a mess and bendel is covered in sand. I love this photo because it shows exactly what real life is like.
My other favorite iPhone photo is this adorable shot of me and my two new blogger friends Emily and Katie! We had the best time in palm beach!
