Puppy Love

I want to start this post by making it absolutely clear that all dogs are puppies no matter how old. Bendel is about to be 2 and will always be a puppy in my eyes; hence the title Puppy Love.

This is the first Valentine’s Day that I have had to work on and I am taking the opportunity to wear a festive office appropriate outfit. I am obsessed with J.Crew’s sidewalk skirts. They come in a variety of colors and patterns, and are long enough to wear to the office. When I saw this skirt on sale with the scalloped bottom, I had to have it. I paired it with a simple loose off-white shirt and a khaki blazer for a more relaxed look. My Tory Burch flats are the most expensive part of my outfit. I got them on sale at my local Tory Burch outlet, and I am so happy I did because they really do go with everything and can dress up any outfit!

For Valentine’s Day this year I am lucky enough to have the sweetest and cutest Valentine around. After I get off work we plan to go to the dog park, and end the day snuggled in bed with a good book for me, and a good bone for her.

My bracelet with Bendel’s name on it is my newest obsession, and would make the perfect (affordable) gift for any dog mom in your life.
