Anyone who knows me knows that chocolate macarons are my absolute favorite dessert. Not all macarons are created equal, and I have found that the best place to get them is Laduree. Every time I’m in the city, it has become a tradition to eat macarons on the met steps, in true Queen Bee fashion.
We started the day at Henri Bendel’s flagship store and slowly made our way down 23 blocks to Laduree and the Met. I paired my houndstooth skirt with my favorite Tory Burch button up shirt that I found at a consignment shop, and layered with a v-neck black cable knit sweater. My boots are simple black suede without a heel, perfect for walking the city all day. A secret I’ve found to stay warm while wearing tights is to wear leg warmers or extremely thick socks inside your boots.
Once the sun started to go down it did get a bit cold, so I chose to put my sunglasses away and wear my favorite long Kate Spade coat and wrap scarf to keep me warm. I purchased this coat at the Kate Spade Outlet where it was 60% off! Make sure to check out the nearest outlet for awesome deals.
I would love to hear your favorite macaron places!
These are my favorite sunglasses! Find them here or check your local Neiman Marcus outlet!

What an adorable post! I went to Laduree when I was in Paris a year ago.
